Tim Smith is the co-founder and CEO of Delmarva Digital and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bryan College. He is the son of an Air Force Veteran who is a retired manufacturing engineer, and a public school teacher, and is a longtime resident of Seaford, DE.

Founded in 1997, Delmarva Digital is a regional leader in its field and provides mission-critical web-based services, enterprise software development and strategic consulting for corporate and government clients throughout the US, and abroad through its partner company Homeland Digital.

As an adviser to top leaders in business and government in North America, Asia (including the Middle East) and Africa, Tim is sought after for his knowledge and strategic advice regarding the application of Web-based Information Technology to a number of sectors including Governmental Affairs, Corporate Infrastructure, National Security, Global Finance, Health Care and others. In the past 25 years, he's traveled to more than 30 countries on five continents. He has also consistently been invited to speak to groups in business and government on leadership and reformation.

Tim has served on the board of Delaware Small Business Development Center for several years. He is also on the board of directors of The Samaritan Medal Foundation which is an organization that works closely with the Samaritan people group and is focused on encouraging peace in the Middle East by awarding a peace medal to those who engage in activities which yield results that contribute to the stability of the region. On a recent trip to the Middle East, Tim met with Arab leaders and Israeli cabinet ministers to promote these objectives.

Active in their church and community, Tim and his wife Ann have been married since 1989.
