Kathryn Cieniewicz -Kat has experience in business ownership and development, as well as content creation and leadership. She owns and operates her own business that she started from the ground up in 2014 called Aging in Place Specialists (AIPS), of which she is currently the CEO. AIPS is a private physical therapy practice with two employees and ten independent contractor physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in Lewes, Delaware. Kat also has experience developing and operating a life-coaching startup she was integrally a part of from 2018-to 2020. Kat was instrumental in growing the company from the startup phase of 1 coach with one client and no systems in place- to a registered LLC company with three coaches on board, the head coach with a full client caseload and a waiting list, and multiple operating systems in place including manual composition for coaches, onboarding procedures including contracts, and the development of an automatic email sequencing system for coach onboarding and client assignments/ appointment setting. Kat is also currently co-leading the development of Thrive Culture, a curriculum and coach-based wealth development business. Kat has special interests in entrepreneurship and complex business development/ operations, specifically in companies that achieve self-actualization physically, spiritually, mentally, and financially. She also has unique and current skills in marketing strategies with a focus on the use of social media and value-based connection and solicitation.
